Therapeutic Massage:
This therapeutic massage is a
full -body treatment to increase blood and lymph circulation. The
treatment begins on the back of the legs, then the back, after which you roll
onto your back. A scalp and face message leads to the chest, arms, abdomen
and finishes on the front of the legs and the feet. Clients feel relaxed,
some even rejuvenated.
This work can incorporate Swedish massage using soothing, tapping and kneading
strokes to work the muscles of the body. "Young Living Oils," a
form of essential oils, are introduced into the massage. The massage
assists to reduce muscle tension, decrease pain, increase mobility of joints,
reduce swelling, and increase blood circulation. The massage is applied
directly to the skin surface, so the recipient removes their clothing according
to their discretion and comfort level.
Healing Touch: An energy-based therapeutic approach to
healing. Various techniques are used to influence the energy chakra and
meridian system to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and
well-being.
CranioSacral Therapy: Cranio - head/sacral - sacrum or hip area, treats the entire Central Nervous System. This therapy is geared towards individuals who have suffered mild to moderate head and neck trauma. Clients can expect to experience increased neural function and muscle relaxation after receiving this therapy. This treatment modality has proven effective in helping clients with ADD, ADHD and Dyslexia and other learning disorders.
Quantum-Touch: A specialized breathing technique is used
to gather energy, and hold energy at the highest possible frequency. The
palms of the hands are placed on either side of the part of the client's body
which is in need of healing, and this allows the healing energy to flow between
the practitioner and the client. The client's energy resonates with the
practitioner's energy, returning it to a healthy vibration.
Myofascial
Release with Trigger Point Therapy:
Myofascial therapy helps to release stress stored in the body. The deep
tissue pressure with trigger point release toxins which can feel like "a
knot just let go!"
SomatoEmotional
Release: Emphasizes
wholeness and healing. This is a very specialized piece of therapy
which includes mouthwork therapy. This technique uses manual and
verbal processiong that will help rid the mind and body of residual effects of
past life trauma which affect body, mind, and spirit. This technique is
for releasing the throat and hard palate to encourage the expression and release
of suppressed emotions.
Reiki
(Ray-key):
A gentle, non-invasive healing method by which God’s natural energy is
activated and applied through the practitioner’s hands.
The recipient remains fully clothed and lies on a table.
The person usually leaves the session feeling relaxed and energized.
Bodytalk:
This
is a form of therapy that allows the body's energy systems to be synchronized to
operate as nature intended. This Therapy will include light tapping
on the top of the head and on the sternum with inhale and exhales of breath.
Rain
Drop Therapy with Essential Oils:
Rain Drop Therapy is a message technique for applying essential oils to the feet
and back. The oils primarily used are: Valor, Oregano, Thyme,
Basil, Wintergreen, Marjoram,
Sinus Massage with Sunbreeze Oil: A special massage of
the face and neck designed to help relieve sinus pressure and congestion that
may occur as a result of stirring up toxins and poisons in the body during
massage. Lu regularly does the sinus massage during the full body,
back and neck, massage and ear candling. It can also be done as a therapy
treatment on it's own.
